what is the estimated price for a custom built modular home arouns 2000-2700 sq. ft? i dont want a trailer, i was a prefab home, and for it to be a two story.

Despite the fact that Modular home are not much different than the site-buid home in today. If you have two house in exactly the same location and just next to each one and another. The site-build home is 10% more expensive than the modular home. Which one would you buy and why?

I have 53.5 acres of land and I am tired of renting a trailer for 500 bucks a month.I have been looking into buying a modular home because they are quicker for you to live in compared to building a ground up home.Does anyone know a round about price for a two bathroom and four bedroom modular home?
